Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using ToolName ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

Coast Code Concepts OÜ ("the Company") provides the Service subject to these terms.

2. Service Description

ToolName is a unified inbox for Meta platforms (Facebook Messenger, FB Comments, Instagram DMs, WhatsApp Business). The Service allows you to manage conversations from multiple connected Facebook Pages in a single dashboard.

The Service is provided "as-is" and "as-available." We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

3. Account & Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• You must provide accurate information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• One person or entity may not maintain multiple free accounts.

4. Meta Platform Compliance

By connecting a Facebook Page to ToolName, you confirm that you are an authorized administrator of that page. You agree to comply with Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies.

We store your page access token encrypted (AES-256-GCM) and use it solely to operate the inbox on your behalf. You may revoke access at any time by disconnecting the page.

5. Subscription & Billing

• Free plan: limited features, no payment required.
• Paid plans: billed monthly or yearly via Stripe. Prices shown at signup.
• 14-day free trial on Starter plan for new accounts.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• No refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages.
• Violate Meta's messaging policies (e.g., 24-hour window rules).
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code.
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized third parties.
• Use automated tools to access the Service without our permission.
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose.

7. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of data as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coast Code Concepts OÜ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Upon deletion, we will remove your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tallinn, Estonia, unless otherwise required by consumer protection regulations in your jurisdiction.
